Classic Coffee Cake

How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven to 175ºC.

  2. Prepare a 9x13 inch pan which is greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

  3. Mix all the Streusel ingredients with fork until completely combined and crumbly. Set aside, keep in refrigerator.

  4. Mix all Coffee layer ingredients. Set aside as well, keep in refrigerator.

  5. In the mixer bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia and salt. Add the softened butter and beat on low speed for 3 minutes until all the mixture resembles moist sand.

  6. In other bowl, add eggs, sour cream, low fat milk, and vanilla extract, until combined. Add that mixture into mixer bowl, beat the batter on medium speed until you get a smooth batter.

  7. Spread half of the batter into prepared pan, sprinkle coffee layer on it, spread the remaining batter, and sprinkle Streusel topping on it.

  8. Bake until cooked for 55-60 minutes.

  9. Remove the cake from the oven, cool it until warm, cut and serve.

Ingredients

  • 370 g all-purpose flour

  • 115 g Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 225 g unsalted butter, softened

  • 225 g sour cream

  • 60 ml low fat milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Streusel Topping:

  • 100 g coconut sugar

  • 100 g all-purpose flour

  • 1 sachet Tropicana Slim Cafe Latte with Stevia

  • 110 g unsalted butter

Coffee Layer:

  • 20 gr Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 sachets Tropicana Slim Cafe Latte with Stevia

Coconut Cake

How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Pour milk into bowl with egg whites and beat until smooth, set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  4. In other bowl, beat butter, Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia and vanilla extract until fluffy.

  5. Add 1/3 part of the flour mixture into the butter mixture and half part of milk mixture. Stir well and do it alternately until it runs out.

  6. Finally, add the grated coconut.

  7. Pour the batter into 18 cm diameter baking pan that has been lined with baking paper. Then bake 25-30 minutes until cooked.

  8. While waiting, beat all the frosting ingredients until smooth.

  9. Grease the cake with frosting, then sprinkle coconut flakes on top. "Coconut Cake" is ready to be served.

  • 4 eggs, use the white part

  • 150 ml low fat milk

  • 90 g unsalted butter

  • 20 g Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 200 g cake flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 25 g dry grated coconut

Frosting:

  • 50 g unsalted butter

  • 50 ml Tropicana Slim Arabic Sweets Syrup

  • 40 g coconut milk powder

  • 50 g coconut flakes

Steps

  1. Pour pineapple juice and soda water into jar

  2. Add Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia, mix well

  3. Add mint leaves, lime slices and strawberry slices, mix well again

  4. Serve with ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 500 mL pineapple juice (or 2-3 pineapple fruits, put into juicer)

  • 1 L soda water

  • 12 sachets Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia

  • 24 mint leaves

  • 4 limes, thinly sliced

  • 12 strawberries, thinly sliced

DALGONA AVOCADO COFFEE

Steps

  1. Pour instant coffee powder, Tropicana Slim Caffe Latte with Stevia, Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia and hot water.

  2. Stir with a mixer. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well and wait until the color is brown and it forms a foam*, set aside.

  3. Pour milk, avocado and ice cubes into a glass.

  4. Add the coffee that has been stirred.

  5. Dalgona avocado coffee is ready to be enjoyed.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder

  • 1 sachet Tropicana Slim Cafe Latte with Stevia

  • 2 sachets Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia

  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • 400 ml low fat milk

  • ½ part of avocado (sliced or chopped)

  • Ice cube

*Dalgona cannot form foam, shaking only thickens it
